We’ll be making slime in the sukkah, shake the lulav & etrog, enjoying a delicious Sukkot dinner, and spending time together as a community.

Dad's Night Out
A night for dads to kick back, grab a drink, share a meal, and connect with other dads who get it.
Fatherhood comes with its share of incredible moments, challenges, questions, and everything in between. Luma Dad’s Night Out is a chance to step away from the daily grind, hang out, laugh, talk, and just be yourself.
No speeches. No agenda. No pressure. Just good food, good conversation, and good guys.
Because sometimes, you don’t need advice—you just need to know you’re part of a community.
Luma Hebrew School
Jewish learning. Friendship. Belonging.
At Luma Hebrew School, Jewish learning comes alive through music, stories, hands-on activities, holidays, and meaningful friendships. Children and teens of all abilities learn, celebrate, and connect together in a warm, welcoming environment.
Our program is supported by a special education teacher and behavior therapist, alongside caring teen volunteers, creating a space where everyone can participate, build friendships, and feel supported.
Together, we explore Jewish traditions and values in ways that are engaging, accessible, and fun — because everyone deserves to feel that they belong.
Luma One to One Begins
Sometimes, the best connection happens one-on-one.
Luma One-to-One creates meaningful friendships through personalized time together, pairing teens with a buddy who shares their interests and makes them feel seen, valued, and included.
Whether it’s hanging out at home, grabbing a snack, playing a game, going for a walk, or simply spending time together, the goal is simple: real friendship, built around the individual.

To make it easy for friends to plan meaningful time together, Luma Activity Cards offer fun activities, special outings, putting opportunities, and more.
Each card gives friends a new idea or opportunity to experience together — encouraging them to try something new, get out into the community, and create memories along the way.

Moms Night Out
A space just for moms to connect, unwind, and be together.
Parenting is full of beautiful moments, hard moments, and everything in between. Luma Mom’s Night Out is a chance to step away from the busy day-to-day, grab a drink, share a meal, laugh, talk, or simply sit with people who get it.
No agenda. No expectations. Just moms, friendship, and community.
Because sometimes, the best support comes from simply knowing you’re part of a community.
Luma U
The world of special needs, inclusion, and support is always changing — and there’s always more to learn.
Luma U gives teens the opportunity to keep learning, stay up to date, and explore the ever-changing world of special needs. Through guest speakers, hands-on experiences, new perspectives, and real conversations, teens will learn about different disabilities, inclusion, advocacy, technology, and the many ways we can create a more welcoming world.
It’s a space to ask questions, discover something new, and keep growing — because the more we understand, the better friends, advocates, and community members we can be.

Get ready for a sweet afternoon of family fun, creativity, and Chanukah spirit!
Join us for a special Pre-Chanukah Donut Making Event where we’ll roll up our sleeves, get our hands messy, and create delicious donuts together. From decorating to tasting, it’s all about making memories, connecting with friends, and getting into the Chanukah spirit.

Join us for a sensory-friendly Silent Disco where everyone can enjoy the music, dancing, and Chanukah spirit at their own pace. With headphones that let each person control their own volume, everyone can find what feels comfortable for them.
There will be dancing, Chanukah treats, games, and plenty of holiday fun — all in a welcoming space where everyone can shine.

Luma Winter Camp
A few days to slow down, have fun, and make some really good memories.
Luma Winter Camp is a special winter break experience built around the things that matter most to us: friendship, connection, and belonging. Kids will spend their break surrounded by people who know them, activities they enjoy, and plenty of opportunities to discover something new.
From creative projects and music to games, movement, surprises, and lots of time to just be together, every day at Luma is designed to feel fun, comfortable, and genuinely connected.

As we get ready for a new year, we’ll spend some time dreaming, reflecting, and creating vision boards for the year ahead. A chance to think about what we want more of, what we want to let go of, and what we hope the next year will look like.
No agenda. No pressure. Just moms, friendship, creativity, and community.
Because sometimes you don’t need advice or another thing to do. You just need to know you’re not doing it alone.

Join us for a fun Welcome Brunch with delicious food, a drum circle, music, and lots of time to reconnect with old friends and make new ones.
