It Takes a Village. Community Becomes Family.

We’re Zally and Esti, and for more than 14 years, our family has been deeply connected to families of children and young adults with special needs in the Houston Jewish community.

What began as work became something much bigger. Our children grew up alongside this community—watching friendships form, families show up for one another, and countless ordinary moments become meaningful ones.

Along the way, we learned something that has shaped everything we believe:

It takes a village.

People don't want to be defined by a diagnosis, a program, or a label. They want to be seen, known, valued, and included for exactly who they are.

They need people around them. People who show up. People who celebrate the wins, walk through the challenges, and make life feel a little less alone.

That is the kind of community we are building.
